Exchanges
We offer a seamless 7-day exchange window. If you'd like to initiate an exchange, simply email us at info@parman.in with your order details. Kindly ensure the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. All approved exchanges are issued as Store Credits, so you can find something you truly love.
Damaged Items
We’re committed to delivering pieces in perfect condition. Should your order arrive damaged, please share a clear unboxing video with us at info@parman.in. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method—no questions asked.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final, with the exception of damaged items. We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage. Refunds are not issued for exchanges; instead, you’ll receive Store Credit to redeem at your convenience.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please email info@parman.in within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll schedule a reverse pickup at a nominal fee of ₹350. Kindly ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
In Transit Responsibility
While we take every measure to assist you, Parman is not liable for packages lost or damaged during the return process. We recommend careful packaging to ensure your piece reaches us safely.
Timeline
Returns and exchanges requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
