At Parman, we want your jewellery to last and continue to feel special every time you wear it. To support this, we offer a 6-month repair warranty from the date of purchase.

If your product gets damaged or broken within 6 months, our team will be happy to assist with repairing it and sending it back to you.

How the repair process works:

• If your product is damaged or broken, we will repair it and send it back to you.

• A nominal logistics charge of ₹250 will be applicable for the reverse pickup and delivery of the repaired product.

• The repair duration will depend on the extent of the damage and the work required.

• Once the repair is completed, the product will be delivered within 2–4 working days.
  

Please note that products that are more than 6 months old from the date of purchase will not be eligible for free repairs under this warranty.
