We offer store credit-based exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. So if you’d like to pick a different piece, we’ll help you get there — no fuss, no stress.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

1. Write to Us:
Send an email to info@parman.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Just let us know what didn’t work out and which piece caught your eye instead.

2. Return the Product:
We will arrange a reverse pickup for your return, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. A nominal fee of ₹350 will be applicable for this service.

Please ensure the product is securely packed before handing it over to the pickup agent. Returns sent via self-shipping will not be accepted.


3. Receive Store Credit:

Once the product reaches us and passes our quality check, we’ll issue you a store credit for the full value of your original purchase.


4. Choose Your New Favourite:

Use your credit to pick a piece that feels just right. We’ll ship it out, and your fresh start with Parman will be on its way.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Products

We do a thorough quality check before dispatch, but if your product arrives damaged or shows signs of manufacturing defects, we’ll make it right.

Here’s what to do:


1. Act Quickly:

Email us at info@parman.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.


2. Show Us the Details:

Share clear photos and a video of the product along with the unboxing. This helps us understand what went wrong and speed up the resolution.


3. We'll Take It from There:

Once our team verifies the issue, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on what works best for you.

  • We offer store credit only for all returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Refunds are not issued, except in cases of verified damage during shipping.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and packed safely for return.
